...Richard Branson, who became the first billionaire that came close the edge of space. He got to 86 Km instead of the full 100 km. Virgin Galactic's space plane launched with Branson, three crew members, and two pilots. They spent five minutes floating in zero gravity before the space plane descended back to Earth.
In total I spent almost 23 minutes in zero gravity. How? By being part in two parabolic flights onboard AirZeroG's (Novespace) A310. Summing up 62 parabolas of about 22 seconds in microgravity. Cool right?
While finalizing my thesis, we got official communications that the OSCAR-QUBE will fly to the ISS this summer. I am officially orbiting my thesis thanks to my fellow team members and the European Space Agency - ESA.

We are a team of master- and bachelorstudents from UHasselt competing in the “Orbit Your Thesis!” programme of the European Space Agency. We just got shortlisted!
Since my last post here I turned 23. That is one advancement to say the least. Furthermore, I am learning more and more every day at university. This new semester, I will be developing a paper based viscosity measurement system.
Photography-wise I have been doing a couple of shoots in colaboration with the ILoveNetwork in Hasselt. Promoting small businesses in Hasselt to the general public. In this day and age of big-brands and supermarkets it is important to focus on things we do not know (yet).
I am looking forward to the next chapter!

Yes I know, I still did not finish all of my vlogs. Trust me I have been busy. I started a new educational chapter in my life that will get me closer to obtain a Masters degree in industrial engineering (Specifically electronics-ICT). Therefore, it has been rather hectic in my daily life.
So about the vlogs... Soon ;)
